2. Product Availability & Made-to-Order Policy

All ObeySession products are made to order. This ensures ethical production and craftsmanship of the highest standard.

• Production time: 7–10 business days

• Delivery: 15 days within Lebanon, up to 20 days internationally

• Shipping times may vary slightly based on customs or courier availability.

We do not hold inventory, and each piece is made upon request. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at checkout via approved payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes on international shipments.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.
