At ObeySession, each piece is handcrafted upon request, not mass produced. We believe in intentional elegance — and that means every order is made uniquely for you.

❌ We do not accept returns based on change of mind, size preferences, or spontaneous reconsideration.

✅ We do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • There is a manufacturing defect

If any of the above apply, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item by email at obeysessionfashion@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number. Once approved, we’ll guide you through a return or replacement at no cost to you.

📦 Conditions for Accepted Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or tampering.

  • Return shipping costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
